I bought this bag last year and I initially loved it. I've had it a little over a year now and the zipper pull broke a couple of weeks ago. The zipper pull seems to be made of plastic and it appears it snapped off. I'm not even sure when it happened. I was at an event and went to open my purse and the zipper had fallen off. I don't use this bag very often and I'm not rough on it when I do so considering the amount of use it's gotten in the time I've had it I don't feel like there should be any issues with the bag this early on. It's a beautiful bag and aside from the zipper breaking I haven't had any other issues. The bag still looks brand new and I would like to continue to use it, unfortunately, the broken zipper makes it impractical and cheapens the look of the bag. I reached out to the customer service email 5/3/24 and received a response 5/9/24 but haven't heard back since. If you're thinking of buying this bag, just be aware this might be an issue and not sure if anything can be done if it does happen.

Since retiring, I don’t need to carry large handbags and totes. This Zuri pouch is a great size for my essentials (phone, lipstick, cash and cards). I love that is has 3 straps to choose from or combine for various looks. It’s light enough to wear it when shopping and have no worries about having your purse snatched from a shopping cart. If I do need to carry a larger purse, I can remove the pouch straps and use it as a pouch inside the larger purse. The quality is great and shipping was fast. I could not be more pleased.
