Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package and return the purchased items within 30 days of receipt to the address below. Include your Pick Ticket # on the outside of the package.

*All returned items must be unused, and the Angela Roi dust bag must be returned together. The items should contain its original plastic cover on them, and if they are peeled, the items are considered as "used". Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied. 

*No returns can be processed, if the hang tags are detached from the bag.

Return Processing 

Free shipping on all domestic returns. Contact Customer Care at hello@angelaroi.com Customer Care will provide a prepaid return-shipping label via email. Once we have received your package, please allow at least 3-5 business days for your refund to be initiated since the item must complete quality inspection prior to refund issuance. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and

Exchange 

We do not accept exchanges at this time. However, you may simply place a new order and return the item you need exchanged, following the same *Return Policy. We provide free shipping for any returns or new orders.
