The bag is nice but the customer service is terrible. I have other items in my order that I would like to return and haven’t received a response. It’s been over a week and I haven’t heard from anyone. Please beware.

Could have been an excellent product, ruined by abysmal delivery and customer service

We purchased this as a gift for our daughter-in-law's birthday and when it arrived, the box was badly dented and torn. I emailed the company and sent photos with my concerns; never received a response. We didn't realize the purse itself had been damaged until she opened her present and saw the indentation and bend in the bottom of the purse. For a $200 product, I would hope that we could have been assured both a safe delivery *and* a response to my concern about this from the company.

Gorgeous but small bag

I love everything about this bag except I wish I could just expand it a little bit. The size is very cute but if you have a larger wallet or phone it's not going to fit in there. The chain give the bag a sophisticated feel and the color is a beautiful deep olive.

Perfect size!

This crossbody is the perfect size, it fits everything I need for everyday (phone, mask, pen, wallet, chapstick, sunglasses with case, and keys). The bag has a nice structure so it doesn’t get flimsy. With its amazing quality, it keeps its shape and doesn’t leave me struggling trying to get something in my bag.
