Eloise Satchel Sample Sale

I purchased a sample sale version, meaning there is a small factory-made defect for this particular item. Because of this, it was price lower than the original. In my opinion, it was a steal. The defect was on the magnetic button/latch that closes the flap. It’s barely noticeable; there’s a small portion that extends past the original circular design and it folds over, sort of like a little hood if that makes sense. Personally, I really love the “defect”. It makes opening and closing the flap easier, somehow, and in a strange sensory way, it feels satisfying to run my finger over. It’s completely unnoticeable, unless you open the flap and STARE at it and it registers in your mind that “oh this is not the original design.” I’d go as far as to argue, if the brand adopted this design, it would further set them apart from other luxury brands.
