Sent Me the Wrong Product, Said They'd Send Me a Return Label and Never Did

if you have $200+ dollars to throw away, feel free to donate it to me instead :) ..

i bought a purse from these folks. they sent the wrong color. i told them. they took many days to get back-- telling me basically "oops" and what you wanted isnt in stock so now you get the hassle of shipping it back to us and we'll send you a return label so congratulations on a hassle for nothing.

im STILL waiting on the return label. so i currently have a product i dont want, and no way to get rid of it.

will be my first and last purchase from this company. maybe someone will care and get back to me with the return label.....

anyways unless youre ok with receiving a completely random product instead of the one you actually ordered-- i dont suggest ordering from them.

Not happy with the quality. Looks great, but in closer inspection I noticed glue lines. Wish the size was also slightly bigger.

Cuteness!

I just recently bought the longer strap to match this cute Cher and felt compelled to leave a review. I bought the Mini first and fell in love, so when this cutie was released I just had to go for it. I have a long waist, so I’ve mostly hand carried it or had it in the crook of my arm. I’ve discovered that I enjoy carrying my bags like this and the size has been perfect for it, so much so that I bought the purple micro too! I’m happy to increase the versatility with the xl strap, but I love this cutie regardless.

The Light Mud Gray color is very pretty. Its the perfect small bag. I bought the metal chain to go along with it for that extra style factor.
