Zipper make the shape look odd?

Overall I love the texture and how soft it feels. The chain is sturdy and nice. I don't use the leather strap much because its too long for my 5'3 self. The one thing that bothers me a lot is that the zippers sinks in on the ends and causes the top of the Micro to have a a sunken/deflated shape.
